End of April I was asked to document a secret proposal. Oh how I love this kind of surprise. Those moments are full of emotions and pure love. 

When planning this secret proposal two weeks ago, we looked forward to a beautiful sunset on a rooftop in Montréal. As the day arrived we skipped this idea and just hoped for no rain. But you can’t control the weather… it was cloudy, dark and it stared to rain – slightly. When I came to the location they were still preparing everything so I lend my hands and helped them to create a lovely scenery. I could feel all the excitement of everyone who was involved.

Then she came, wearing a beautiful white dress, being so surprised with tears in her eyes. A magical moment when she realized what was gonna be to happen. He got on his knees and asked the big question. Of course she said YES to this man – the love of her life. 

All the happy smiles of everyone who witnessed this secret proposal. With champagne and laughter they celebrated the evening. And all these images will tell the story of this special day (and the beginning of a new chapter) after years to come.
